What We Test For
Every Panel.
Every Batch.
We believe the supplement industry’s opacity is its greatest failing. Our response is to test every product formulation across a comprehensive panel — and to make those results accessible to you.
When COA reports are available for a product, they will appear on this page — linked directly to the relevant batch and product listing, so you can verify exactly what you are consuming.
Testing Panel Includes
Beta-Glucan Percentage Verification
Heavy Metals (Pb, As, Hg, Cd)
Microbial Contamination (Total Plate Count)

Understanding Your Report
How to Read a COA
A Certificate of Analysis is a formal document from an independent laboratory confirming what is — and is not — in a product.
01
Product Identity
Confirms the product name, lot number, and the laboratory’s accreditation details — verify these match your product packaging.
02
Active Compounds
Shows the measured percentage of key actives — including beta-glucans. This is the figure you use to compare potency across brands.
03
Contaminant Results
Lists heavy metals, pesticides, and microbials measured against established safety limits. Pass or Fail results are shown per analyte.
04
Lab Signature
The authorised analyst signature and lab accreditation number confirm the report is genuine and legally binding — not self-certified.
Our Commitment
Transparency Is Not Optional
The functional mushroom supplement space contains significant quality variation. Many brands rely on mycelium-on-grain substrates with low active compound content and no independent testing to verify claims.
OxiVena tests exclusively from fruiting body material, and our COA programme exists to give you the evidence — not just the assurance — that what we say is in the product is actually there.

Note
COA reports published on this page are issued by independent accredited third-party laboratories and are provided for informational transparency purposes only. Report availability is subject to product launch and testing timelines. OxiVena does not self-certify any test results. For batch-specific enquiries, please contact us directly.
